Personalized Custom Watches Information

IMPRINTING INFORMATION — Only applicable to the watches in the 7-Day Program

Our exceptional Silkscreen imprinting process is available on selected watches per the guidelines below. PMS matching is offered at no additional charge.

Silkscreen Set-Up Information:

Set-up charge for the first color is $55.00, and each additional color will be charged at $25.00. Our 7-day watch price includes up to three colors. Requests with additional colors will be processed as regular watch orders.
As always, there are no run charges for orders with up to three colors. Repeat orders will be charged at 50% of original set-up costs.

Artwork Requirements:

We encourages computer generated artwork. Our accepted formats are as follows: Adobe Illustrator or compatible EPS vectored format. (Converted to curves or outlines)
A copy of your vectored artwork must be included in your email as a jpeg or pdf.

PMS colors must be indicated.

Layout: We will confirm all imprint layouts prior to production via email. All layouts must be signed off before production will begin.

Art touch-up: Art touch-up is available at $45.00 per hour, minimum one hour.

Typesetting: Add $20.00 per line. Font names must be supplied.

Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Tustin/CA to the end destination, and only ground freight will be charged. Unfortunately, Logomark cannot use a third party shipping account to deliver 7-day Watches.

Due to the large quantities and urgent nature of this program, split or drop shipments are not available.

Although customs delays or stoppages due to weather conditions are rare, Creative Expressions and our factory cannot be held accountable for these delays.

Foreign shipments may experience a longer transit time and customs release. In this case, for all international shipping's, customer must supply a freight account for shipping and duty costs.

Important Notes:

A complete purchase order must be received no later than 2:30PM EST. Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 2:30 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

One Standard Location.

Orders must be at an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of 100 units per style.

Men’s and Ladies’ watches cannot be combined to meet minimum quantities and/or imprinting. Two set-ups will apply.

Due to the speedy turnaround for this program, orders placed and approved for production cannot be canceled.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Order Acknowledgement: All orders will be acknowledged with prices and ship dates within the same business day. Please review the correspondence carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. All acknowledgments must be signed and faxed back to ensure proper confirmation.

Product Proofs: Due to the urgent nature of the program, Product Proofs are not available.

Paper Proofs: Paper proofs will be e-mailed at no extra charge. (Paper proofs must be signed and faxed before production will begin.)

Overruns/Underruns: It is the policy of our factory watch department to ship exact quantities.

Card Insertion: Due to the urgent nature of the program, Card Insertion is not available.

Time Setting: All watches are set to Pacific Standard Time.

Protective Covering: For the safety of these fine products, all timepieces have a plastic lens protector applied before shipping. A plastic protector is also affixed to the back plate to avoid scratches.

Mailers: Due to the urgent nature of the program, Mailers are not available.
ARTWORK

Imprinting Method: Silkscreen is the available imprinting method for this program.

Imprinting Area: All watches come with hour markings as per the catalog. Because the imprint area varies from style to style, the logo will be re-sized by factory Art department for best appearance.

Copy Changes: Must have a minimum of 100 units per copy change. Regular set-up charges apply.

PMS Color Match: There is no additional charge for custom PMS matching. PMS codes must be supplied to the factory.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

All orders are subject to availability of manufacturing components. We cannot be liable for inability to ship due to shortage of components. To avoid unexpected delays, please check availability with us prior to ordering.

Transit Damage/Claims: It is our factory's policy to insure all shipments on behalf of the distributor (Creative Expressions) at the value of the merchandise invoiced by the factory. Insurance fees will be included in the shipping charges. All shipments will be insured unless stated clearly on the order that insurance is not required. Insurance is billed at $0.75 per $100 of value. There will be a charge of $4.50 per package for handling.

All claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. A representative from the carrier that delivered the merchandise must inspect any carton that has been opened or damaged before a claim can be filed. If you notice that boxes are dented or are open have them inspected immediately when delivered. If this is not possible, cartons must be saved and we suggest taking digital photo's of packaging and any damage to items. Email these photo's to our customer care department with any information you may have.

Warranty: All timepieces come with a lifetime warranty. Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Batteries and straps are excluded.
Submitted Copy Usage: All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by Logomark in producing the item ordered therewith will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by Logomark, Inc., on the items ordered will not violate any such laws and Logomark, Inc., hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s logo or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold us harmless for any damages, costs or other expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of our use of said copy or other material or operations undertaken by the agreement.

The artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.
